What happens at my
appointment?

WE BRING OUR FULL RANGE OF SAMPLES TO YOU

Choose a time that works for you – at a place that is convenient for you, and your local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to browse at home and see how colours and prints look against your décor.

EXPERT MEASURING IS INCLUDED TOO

Our fitter will measure up for you so you can be sure of a perfect fit. They’ll then give you bespoke quotes for all your favourite styles, which are valid for up to 2 weeks.

What happens once
I make an order?

Hand finished and thoroughly tested

Our blinds, curtains and shutters are lovingly crafted and rigorously tested to ensure they stand the test of time, and nothing leaves our shop floor until we’re happy it’s perfect.

Expert fitting included as standard

Once your order is ready, your advisor will take care of fitting – at a time that suits you – so you can expect a perfect finish.

How do I pay?

You can pay using a debit card, credit card, or internet banking through secure payment links. We also accept Bank Transfers.
